We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our team and help drive new business. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential commercial clients, discussing the advantages of solar energy, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a key role within our sales and marketing department, perfect for someone with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in promoting renewable energy solutions.
Making outbound calls to potential commercial clients to generate leads and set appointments for our sales team. Informing clients about the benefits of solar energy and explaining how The Logical Group can support their sustainability goals. Building and maintaining a database of client contacts and recording relevant information accurately. Meeting daily and weekly call targets and contributing to team sales goals. Answering client questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the call process. Collaborating with the sales team to share insights and improve lead conversion strategies.
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred, particularly within a B2B environment. Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasive skills, and a positive, professional phone manner. Organisation: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and keep detailed call records. Attitude: Enthusiastic about renewable energy and motivated by contributing to a sustainable future. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills are beneficial. Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and setting appointments.
